Dear Mom
Where do I even begin? I guess I’ll go back to when you and dad brought me into this world on March 23, I apologize for being two months late. I guess that was a sign that I was going to be a huge pain in the ass. Thank you for teaching me how to talk, to teaching me how to drive a car, and to treat others, everything. I know I’ve got a friend in you.
Now here we are, I’m about to be going into my junior year in high school already and it’s unbelievable to me. We’ve both been through so much together over these past years. Sometimes I feel like a take you for granted. And I hate that more than anything. You’ve done so many things for me.
Almost every other night i facetime with my mom for about half an hour.
in high school I used to tell her every little detail about my life, and even though I live away from you, it makes me really happy that i still can do that. she’s always there to comfort me when I’m sad or laugh with me when I’m happy, and even though we’re not physically near we are still really close. I’m really lucky to be able to maintain a great relationship with her.
I really don’t think i could handle this whole “college” thing if i couldn’t talk to her whenever i want. I know I have to grow up eventually, but I will always be your baby, mommy. I love you so much.

GROWTH
I don’t think I’ll be doing anything last night. I think this is the first Earthday of mine that I’m actually “in” for the night since I was probably 17th. It’s peculiar, but I kinda like it. I have always been so unassuming and disinterested in this day; the day I was born.
BUT.. well, I thank God for giving me another year to celebrate my birthday! Seems like I’m getting old already. But hey! Age doesn’t matters.
Okay, somehow. They made my birthday so special. They are my mother, father, boyfriend, sisters, brothers and also all of my friends. They can made me cry and laugh at the same time. It was an wonderful birthday surprise. I swear that’s unexpected for me. Anyway, thankyou so MUCHMUCHMUCH!!!

MARCH!!!
I promise to eat clean and I will make time to prepare and enjoy my meals. I promise to say “no” to others when I need to make time for myself. I will give 100% no matter what it looks like. I promise to get enough sleep. I will take the time to appreciate the little things like the warmth on the sun on my skin and the first sip of my morning tea. I promise to make March the best it can be.

How to Stop Worrying
1. Prepare for the worst but hope for the best. In reality, few of our worries actually become a reality. However, if you prepare in advance for things going wrong, you’ll have strategies available to cope and survive.
2. Write a list of everything you think you need to do, and then tick them off as you work through the list. That will help you feel more organised, and much more in control.
3. Do something to distract yourself – so your anxious thoughts don’t grow bigger in your mind.
4. Share your feelings with someone who understands and cares. They’ll offer you support – and you’ll gain perspective, too.
5. Confront the problem head often. It’s often the uncertainty that worries us the most – so face up to your worries – and take the steps you can.
6. Choose to do something that help you to calm you – like listening to your ipod or chilling with a friend.
7. Choose to be thankful. There are so many things to be grateful for. Compose a list of those, and you’ll find your worries fade. - http://onlinecounsellingcollege.tumblr.com/post/41044986080/how-to-stop-worrying
